If you’re in the mood for stunning loch views and a cozy retreat, Tigh Na Mara is hard to beat. We spent three nights there, and honestly, we could have easily stretched it longer. the cottage is equipped with all the essentials, like a well-stocked kitchen with cookware, an electric kettle, and comfy outdoor seating for dining with a view. The beds are super cozy, providing a genuine escape. It’s impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. You also have access to hiking trails, so it’s great for outdoor enthusiasts. Goedele, the owner, was friendly and provided clear instructions for our stay. While it might feel like a bit of a splurge, the comfort and quality make it worthwhile. We’re already planning our next trip back—can’t wait!
